Global Media Kit is an easy-to-use platform that enables a media service provider like you to list premium ad opportunities to help advertisers grow in their target markets. We help you collaborate with global advertisers so you can run impactful ad campaigns with ease. What's more?

You can do everything from managing inventory to generating leads, all on one single platform.

Even though our interface itself is enough for you to navigate the platform, we have put down a few things clear to help you get started. If you have any query that is unanswered in these resources, feel free to contact us and we are always happy to help you.

Global Media Kit Account

Creating an account with Global Media Kit will help us create a custom dashboard for you where you can list and promote your ad opportunities, connect and collaborate with advertisers, approve and confirm media plans and creatives, and explore cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue.

To create an account, follow the steps below:

  • Choose to sign up as a Publisher from the Global Media Kit homepage.
  • Enter Email and Password, followed by the OTP for verification.
  • On the resulting page, you need to enter your media and contact details, followed by the currency in which you would like to present your media listings.

You'll now be redirected to your Media Partner Dashboard, from where you can start your journey with Global Media Kit.

Sign In

To Sign into your account:

  • Choose to Sign in as a Media Owner from the drop-down on the top-right of the navigation menu.
  • Enter your email and password and hit Sign In.

Media Partner Dashboard

The Media Partner Dashboard is a multi-purpose space that allows you to create new ad opportunity listings, edit existing listings, list services, keep track of all the enquiries, add media representative contact details, manage meeting requests received and do much more!

Add/Edit Media Listing

The Add/Edit Media Listing module allows you to add, review, edit and submit your ad listings across TV, Radio, Newspaper, Magazine, Online and Out of home as well as for media services including PR distribution, Branding, and Marketing Services, among many other.

To create an ad listing, follow the below instructions:

  • Click on the Add/Edit Media Listing module.
  • Select the media type you wish to create a new listing for.
  • Click on the “Create New” button on the top right.
  • Enter all the essential information* like media and ad opportunity details, Availability, Advertising rates, Upload Media Kit and logo, tag audiences and enter General Terms for Advertising.
  • Hit the “Submit for Approval and Listing” button.

After Global Media Kit team verifies and approves the media and ad listings, it will instantly be made visible to global advertisers.

To edit a Media Profile, follow the below instructions:

  • Click on the Add/Edit Media Listing module.
  • Select media type.
  • Click on the Edit Media Profile button corresponding to your existing listing.
  • Update the required details.
  • Hit the “Submit for Approval and Listing” button.

To edit existing ad unit details, follow the below instructions:

  • Click on the Add/Edit Media Listing module.
  • Select the media type.
  • Click on the View Listings button corresponding to your existing listing.
  • On the resulting page, click on the “Edit” button.
  • Update the required details*.
  • Hit the “Submit for Approval and Listing” button.

To add a new ad unit/sponsorship to an existing media, follow the below instructions:

  • Click on the Add/Edit Media Listing module.
  • Select the media type.
  • Click on the Add more opportunities button corresponding to your media listing where you would like to list the new opportunity.
  • Enter the required details*.
  • Hit the “Submit for Approval and Listing” button.

Creating an ad listing for special sponsorship/packages

Apart from individual media listings, you can also publish a separate ad listing for sponsorship/packages you've planned for a trending event, festive season, holiday, celebration or anything else. As soon as your listing is approved, your sponsorship ad opportunity will be listed under the relevant search tag, where advertisers can easily find you.

To create a listing as a sponsorship/package, simply set your ad opportunity type as Package/Sponsorship while you create a new listing.

To add an ad unit or sponsorship/package to an existing listing, follow the below instructions:

  • Click on the Add/Edit Media Listing module.
  • Select the media type.
  • Click on the “View Listings” button corresponding to your existing listing.
  • Click on the “Create New Ad Unit/Package” button on the top right.
  • Select Package/Sponsorship.
  • Enter the required details*.
  • Hit the “Submit for Approval and Listing” button.

Listing Media Services

Listing Media Services

Global Media Kit helps list and market a plethora of media and marketing services that include PR distribution, Content Translation and Branding, among many more.

To list your media services, follow the below instructions:

  • Click on the Add/Edit Media Listing module.
  • Select Media Services from the drop down.
  • Click on the “Create New” button on the top right.
  • Upload relevant details including Service Provider Details, Logo, Service details and rates, Validity of Service rates, Tags and General Terms for Hiring the Service.
  • After entering all the necessary information on this page, click on Submit for approval and listing.

Note: After a successful submission, your listing will be reviewed by Global Media Kit team and made live to advertisers for hiring your services.

Types of Service Listings

Time/Event based services: These services are available only during a specified time. To select Time-based service, select the same under service details while listing a service.

Regular Services: These services are available throughout the year. To select Regular services, select the same under service details while listing a service.

Allowing Creatives for Services

While listing the services, under service details and rates, you can check 'Yes' for Are Creatives Required. This allows advertisers to upload relevant files and give inputs to help you deliver the service effectively.

Country/Event Tagging

Country/Event Tagging

Country/Event Tagging is a unique feature on Global Media Kit that enables Media Service Providers like you to tag your listed media in multiple countries/events through a single media profile.

To tag countries/events, follow the below instructions:

  • Select the media type from the Add/Edit Media Listing.
  • Select the existing Media Profile to edit or create a new listing by clicking on Create New.
  • Add desired countries in Tag a Country/Event field.
  • Click on Submit for Approval and Listing button.

Managing your Listings

You can easily track your ad listings in the Media Partner Dashboard from the Add/Edit Media Listing module. To track listings, follow the below instructions:

  • Select media type under Add/Edit Media Listing.
  • Select the country/event.
  • Select the media.
  • Select Status of your Media Listing.
  • Enter Keyword related to the listing.

You can see the listings with the following details:

  • Country/event - The country/event where under which the media is listed.
  • Region - The city/region tagged to this media.
  • Media Name - Name of your Media/Service Agency/OOH Site location.
  • Ad-unit Status - The status of your ad listing.
  • Ad- unit Advertiser View- The number of your ad units that are accessible to advertisers on Global Media Kit.

In addition to the above (except media title), for Out of home media listings, Region (city), location, Site owner (name of the out of home site owner), Site image and Status are displayed.

Managing your Listings

Ad Listing Status

Listings created or edited by media service providers is reviewed by Global Media Kit team before it goes live on the platform. The Ad Listing Status will be visible beside each listing, under each media type. This helps you keep track of all your media listings be it approved, awaiting approval, rejected, or deactivated.

Draft

Ad listings with the Draft status are those which are not yet submitted to us for review. After you have submitted to us for review, our team will review and share confirmations.

Waiting for Approval

Ad listings with the Waiting for Approval status are those that are under review by the Global Media Kit team and is yet to be approved for final listing on our platform.

Approved

Ad listings with the Approved status are those that have been approved for being listed on the platform.

Activated

Activated ad units are those which have been approved and is active on Global Media Kit for advertisers to access.

Rejected

Ad listings with the Rejected status are those that have been found unfit to be listed on Global Media Kit. You can get your rejected listings approved by making appropriate changes according to our listing guidelines. For more info, contact [email protected]

Deactivated

In case you have a Time/Event based package or sponsorship opportunity which has got expired, it will display the status as Deactivated.

Comments and History

The comments and history option corresponding to your listing gets you automated updates as your listing passes through various stages. It also acts as a chat feature allowing you to quickly and easily communicate with our support team regarding any issues or questions you have about your media listings.

Recommended Media

Recommended Media

The recommended media option is a unique feature allowing you to cross-sell your media opportunities to advertisers. To recommend your media with a previously listed media, follow the below instructions:

  • Select media type under Add/Edit Media Listing.
  • Click on the Recommend Media button on your listed media option.
  • Choose from your listed media options which you would like to recommend along with your currently selected media option.
  • Click on Submit to confirm your selection.

Ad Support

Ad Support is the space for you to add contact details of your media representatives. These contacts will be listed as Ad Support along with your media listings so that advertisers can request for meetings and can directly collaborate with you for campaign planning and activations.

To add a new contact, follow the below steps:

  • Click on Create New Contact on the top-right.
  • Add relevant contact details including Name, Designation, Bio, etc.
  • Hit Save to Upload the Contact to our directory.

Similarly, you can click on Edit button corresponding to the existing contact to edit the details.

Notes:

  1. The expertise added for your media representative will help us match them with the related media listing.
  2. You can offer Ad Support to local advertisers even if you are on a Free Trial Plan, however, to connect with international advertisers, you need to be subscribed to one of our paid subscription plans.

Meeting Requests

Meeting Requests

On adding your media representative as Ad Support, you will receive meeting requests from advertisers who are looking for your campaign solutions. On this page, you can review the meeting requests received from advertisers, check their availability and schedule meetings to offer your recommendations and speed up the campaign planning.

Ad Sales

The Ad Sales module in the Media Partner Dashboard shows a list of all media enquiries, sorted by stages of the campaign planning. Ad Sales include:

  • All Campaigns: A list of all media plans at different stages of campaign planning.
  • Enquiries: A list of all proposed enquiries you've received and is waiting to be approved from your side.
  • Awaiting Confirmation: A list of all media plans which you have approved and is now awaiting confirmation from the advertiser.
  • Approved: A list of media plans that has been approved from the advertisers and is ready to be booked.
  • Booked: A list of all the campaigns that the advertiser has made the payment for and is booked with your media.

You can simply click on each of the above stages to view campaigns under that particular stage, along with its plan name and requested start date. On clicking on a media plan, you can get the list of media options selected, media type, country/event, status, media investment and schedule.

Leads

Through the media plans that you have received on your dashboard for approval, you can access the contact details of the advertiser who has added your ad opportunities or media services to their media plan. This enables you to directly contact potential advertisers and close the deal quickly!

Note: You can access Leads of local advertisers even if you are on a Free Trial Plan, however, to access contact details of international advertisers, you need to be subscribed to one of our paid subscription plans.

Media Store

The Media Store unifies all your ad inventory onto a single platform. With your own Media Store, you can build and customise an online store, and sell in multiple places, including web, mobile, in person, and across multiple channels from social media to online marketplaces. You may also embed the store on your website to stand out in the media marketplace.

What makes the Media Store stand out from an ordinary listing?

The Media Store is exclusive and is hosted on a dedicated web-page, allowing customers to only access your ad opportunities and plan campaigns free of costs.

To Create your Media Store, follow the below instructions:

  • First, create media profiles and ad listings
  • Add Sales contacts of your media representatives
  • Select Media Store, enter store URL and description and upload banner image and logo.
  • Click on the Save button.

Note: You can now create your own Avatar for your Personalised Ad Sales assistant who will present customised media insights for each of your ad opportunity on Global Media Kit.

Smart Enquiry Manager

The Smart Enquiry Manager is primarily a filter through which you can approve and reject advertiser enquiries as you see fit. All the essential details of the campaign like name, value, campaign status, etc are displayed on top of the selected media plan in the Smart Enquiry Manager's interface.

From the Smart Enquiry Manager, simply click on the View button under schedule, corresponding to the media plan.

Reviewing Media Schedules

Reviewing Media Schedules

To review a requested media schedule, follow the below instructions:

  • Click on the View button on the plan under Enquiries stage
  • Hit the View and Edit Tentative Start Date
  • Check if the requested dates are available, if not you can select alternate dates that you wish to recommend to advertiser.
  • Finally, click on Update and Approve button to share your recommendation with the advertiser.

Additional Discounts

You could offer additional discounts to advertisers right from your Smart Enquiry Manager.

To offer additional discounts, follow the below instructions:

  • Click on the media plan under Enquiries from the Media Partner Dashboard.
  • Click on View button corresponding to the media plan option you are looking to offer discount on.
  • On the resulting window, go to the Discount Percentage field and offer the discount as you wish.
  • Hit the “Update and Approve” button to approve the media plan.

Note: Discounts cannot be offered after an approval is given.

Getting your payments

Getting your payments

As soon as advertisers confirms the booking and makes the payment for your media options booked through Global Media Kit, we will transfer the same, after charging the platform service fee, to your designated bank account.

Note: If you've subscribed to our Enterprise plan, you can collect the payments directly from the advertiser.

Reviewing creatives

All the ad creatives will be subject to your review and need your prior approval before the campaign will be launched on your media. Our team will share the creatives received from the advertisers. You can approve or reject the creatives however you see fit. This way we ensure you have the final say in which ads run on your media and which ones don't.

Proof of execution

Once a campaign goes live, the proof of execution will be requested by the advertiser. This is a document that certifies the campaign has gone live on the media owner’s media platform at the scheduled date and time. This can be shared separately with the Global Media Kit team and thereafter, will be submitted to the advertiser.
