To get started with Global Media Kit, please follow the below steps:

  • Choose to sign up as a Publisher from the Global Media Kit homepage.
  • Enter Email and Password, followed by the OTP for verification.
  • On the resulting page, you need to enter your media and contact details, followed by the currency in which you would like to present your media listings.

You'll now be redirected to your Media Partner Dashboard, from where you can start your journey with Global Media Kit.

There are no specific restrictions for editing or updating your profile, except for the country and business email used in your profile, for which you can request the change by contacting [email protected]. As for the other details, you can make changes multiple times in a day. However, all the updates made to your profile will be reviewed by Global Media Kit.

The Media Partner Dashboard is a multi-purpose space that allows you to create new ad opportunity listings, edit existing listings, list services, keep track of all the enquiries, add media representative contact details, manage meeting requests received and do much more!

From this dashboard, you can manage:

  • Add/Edit Media Listing: This is where you can create and edit listings as well as track your media inventory across all media categories.
  • Ad Support: This is where you can add the contact details of your sales representatives for providing Ad Support to advertisers.
  • Meeting Request: Here you can review meeting requests received from advertisers who are seeking the expertise of your media representatives.
  • Ad Sales: This includes media plans at different stages, including, Enquiries received, Campaign Plans Awaiting Confirmation, as well as Approved and Booked Campaigns.
  • Media Store: Here you can create your own bespoke media store to list and market all your ad opportunities and receive direct enquiries from all your advertisers.
  • Request a Callback: Get ad-hoc support from our customer success team on demand.

You can add various types of ad opportunity listings including regular ad opportunities, special sponsorships and packages, available regularly throughout a year or time or event limited opportunities.

The Smart Enquiry Manager is where you can manage the media enquiries you have received from advertisers. Once an enquiry is made by the advertiser, you can click on the respective media plan under the Enquiries tab to review its details. You can also update the details, including rates and discount, if applicable, check the tentative start dates and suggest alternative dates if the current selection is not available.

Your media will show up on all the relevant and matching search results on the requested feed. E.g.: If you own a popular TV channel in the United Arab Emirates, your media will be visible to all advertisers searching for TV ad opportunities in the UAE. This is an effective way of connecting the right advertisers with the right media owners. Furthermore, you can tag your media listings with audience category, location, and language so that they appear on relevant search results.

All the relevant information about your media such as media description, estimated reach, advertising rates and details and so much more can be provided in your media profile along with each ad listing. This way advertisers have instant access to all the information they need before they proceed to book an ad on your media.

Advanced Audience profiling allows you to define your media's audience based on a few segment filters. This will in turn help us match your media with advertisers who wish to target those segments.

Global Media Kit provides media owners with real-time statistics regarding the number of visitors to your media profile right on the Add/Edit Media Listing module inside your Media Partner Dashboard. Also, you can view the most-visited media opportunities from the dashboard homepage.
